Welcome, Welcome

Welcome to our very first wellness challenge! I know a lot of you are excited (maybe some of you not so much...) It's going to be a great, challenging, hopefully habit changing, 3 months! Are you ready?

The hardest part for me will be the exercise because of the pain issues. I'm going to walk 3 days a week as long as I can keep my allergies under control. The other days I will do various other things that use different muscles. I wonder how long it takes to walk up the temple steps to the upper floor?
